Wear WHITE SATURDAY EVENING Inspired by Dis de los Muertos, Day of the Dead This can be as bold, courageous, adventurous or as subtle as you want it to be. We LOVE to Dress to IMPRESS, so GODDESSES, this is your moment to shine! SUNDAY CLOSING CEREMONY | 3.15PM Sunday afternoon, finished by 4pm.

Arrival InfoFRIDAY 1st Nov PARTICIPANTS - 10.30am - 12pm CHECK IN | Left-hand side when you enter the village. Please park your vehicle safely, leaving the main access road clear, then walk to CHECK-IN. Outside of this time, please park your vehicle & come to the Wyld Tribe Shop, Mission control in the main hub area. Is there Mobile reception?Unfortunately the phone reception is a a little dodgy. There are places that do work & some areas of the village.

Can I bring my children?As this has been a point of in depth discussion & from feedback received, majority of women requested to keep this space of nourishment form women 13 years & up. We are open to babies in arms (0-12months) Our main focus is to create a space where adult women can be present as women, to participate in the festival. There are many other amazing events that are open to children of all ages.

Do you cater for babies?Yes we are open to Bub's in Arms, up to 18months. We have a Mum & Bub ticket, which includes accommodation in a single room, in the Mum & Bub Cottage. Kitchen facilities in the cottage for you. We also have an indoor space, where the mum & bub centric workshops will be held. However you are welcome to attend any workshop you choose*. If there is any reason the workshop in not suitable for your bub the facilitator will let you know. Please don't take offence, we just want to ensure that everyone is held & supported with their needs. There is a Bub changing area in the Clubhouse.

Will there be Men on site?This is a Women's event, however there will be men onsite in various capacities. Catering Crew, Fairbridge Ground staff, Support Crew & Emergency Crew* We have been working with this team over the past 8 years & they are very respectful & understanding of the work that is happening here. They are here to ensure that your needs are taken care of in many ways. Men are also welcome onsite to assist with set up & pack down, for stall holders that require this support. If you have any issues or concerns, please come to the Mission control & speak to Tracy or Larissa.

EMERGENCY EVACUATIONIn the case of an Emergency Evacuation, a siren will be set off around the village, please head straight to the MUSTER POINT - THE MAIN OVAL. Please see the map for this gathering point. Fairbridge Village, is in direct contact with the Fire Services & Alcoa, at all times during an emergency. Alcoa, has fully functioning Fire Services & equipment at hand. Fairbridge Village, has water tankers & an evacuation procedure. Please stay calm at all times & listen to staff. DO NOT RETURN TO THE COTTAGES OR YOUR VEHICLE, head straight to the MUSTER POINT. DO NOT TRY TO MOVE VEHICLES OR LEAVE, this will block access points for Emergency vehicles. NO PARKING ON THE MAIN ROAD - Keep clear at ALL TIMES

Medical EmergencyCALL 000 Advise Emergency Services of the Location of the person requiring medical assistance. Cottage Name, ClubHouse or meet at the Fairbridge Village Reception. Immediately alert staff at MISSION CONTROL, in the Central Hub. Then advise staff if you have called 000 so that someone may be dispatched to meet emergency services. If you feel unwell or need assistance & it is NOT an emergency, please come to Mission Control.

Do I need to book?No booking required. The workshops are open numbers*. So no booking required. *there may be one or two that do have limited numbers due to the nature of the work. The facilitator will let you know. And most workshops are offered twice during the weekend.

I'm coeliac can you cater for my needs?Yes we can cater for Coeliac dietary requirements. We have professional Chef's on site with trained staff. They will to the best of their ability ensure that Coeliac requirements are maintained. However the kitchen caters for all. Please ensure your dietry requirements are noted during your ticket purchase. Please contact us via admin@wyldtribe.com early October as a reminder. You will receive a wrist band on arrival so the chef's are aware.

I have 'Other' dietary requirements, can these be catered for?Due to the sheer numbers we cannot cater for every dietary requirement unfortunately. If you have an anaphylactic allergy, please ensure it is noted in ticket purchase, or email admin@wyldtribe.com and we will inform the catering crew. Please speak with the staff & they will let you know of the ingredients. Please ensure you bring any medication you require just incase. Inform Tracy at Check in of your medication, Epi-pen. We will inform the House Mumma, also.

What are the accommodation options?Cottage Accommodation Simple, clean, refurbished heritage cottages. Rooms from twin to six share. Kitchen facilities available with fridges Lounge room, for conversation & sharing stories. Verandah for enjoying the rural landscape, late-night star gazing or early-morning solace & reflection. Bathroom facilities, with hot showers! YES, there is power. Bring a double adapter or power board. Please Bring ALL LINEN & BEDDING for a single bed. Pillow, towel & toiletries etc If you are flying in, please let us know, we might be able to help with the linen & bedding. It's the simple pleasures in life we all deserve.
